Admission Policies
Enrollment:
Prospective students need to submit an application along with the application fee. A meeting with the school director will be set for the application to be reviewed. Financial considerations will be discussed at that time, and the student must also sign an enrollment contract. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Class size is limited to eight students. Enroll early to ensure a spot!
Eligibility:
Prospective students must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma (or GED) by the time of their graduation. Applicants will be screened and interviewed on an individual basis. Acceptance will be based upon, but not limited to, personal motivation, physical ability, academic preparedness, and financial ability. The school does not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, national origin, religion, or political affiliation.
Student File:
Accepted students will submit two passport photos, copies of educational documents (diplomas, GED certificate, transcripts) and a statement of health from their
health care provider prior to attending classes. Statement will include "free from infectious disease, such as TB."
School Policies:
During orientation, the student receives a handbook which outlines and gives the details of the school's policies and procedures. The faculty and students are required to uphold high standards in ethical behavior and to conduct themselves in a modest and mature manner. Many policies that are in place are to protect professional standards, and to comply with standards required by massage law in the state of Arkansas.
